eBay Returns
If you purchased your item through our eBay store, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery in accordance with eBay's returns policy. Simply open a return request through your eBay account, and we'll guide you through the process.
Vinted Pro Returns
If you purchased your item through our Vinted Pro store, returns and refunds are handled in accordance with Vinted Pro's current return and buyer protection policies. If there is an issue with your order, please open a return request through the Vinted app within the time frame specified by Vinted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be returned in the same condition it was received.
Be free from any new damage, stains, odours, or alterations.
